Should Orthodox church services be in English?

Agreeing emphatically with a Protestant panelist's criticism of ethnic churches, he says that if the gospel is preached in a language the children cannot understand, to the point that they leave out of ignorance, the church has failed and has not laid down its life for them. He applies it directly to Orthodox parishes in America: if the neighbors cannot come to a service and understand at least half of it in English, the parish is missing the people around it.
