How do I stop being a passive man?

Brothers, when I say we need to fight against passivity, we need to embrace the responsibilities that God has given us: to cultivate a godly life, a prayerful soul, firm trust and hope and faith in God leading us through life. And this may bring us into conflict with other people, and they may not understand the decisions that we make. But when they see that we are connected with God, they trust us. They trust us and they listen to us, because they see that our first priority is God.
